Starters:

Roasted tomato and red pepper soup

Pea and ham terrine, piccalilli, pea shoots, baked bread sticks

Galia melon, with bucks fizz sorbet

Mains:

Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, pesto cream sauce, gratin potato, glazed carrots, green beans

Grilled loin of pork steak, pressed potato and sweet potato, sauté creamed cabbage, glazed carrots, sage and cider sauce

Mushroom and pepper risotto, topped with crisp haloumi

Desserts:

Vanilla Cheesecake

Caramelised pineapple, raspberry sorbet, compote of strawberries

Profiteroles
